Good environmental stewardship has long been at the heart of the work at Bubble Food, but they realise that it is time to commit to more serious change Taking responsibility for the footprint of their supply chain, processes and transportation is only the first step towards minimising its effects.
Bubble’s goal is to measure the environmental impact of their operations, so their clients can make informed and meaningful decisions about the nature of their events. They are partnered with a range of organisations to get that data and most importantly, to share the knowledge within the events world.
Whilst they are all constantly learning, Bubble is already helping to create an approach to luxury events that doesn’t harm our planet.
Bubble Food is committed to the modern day principles of diversity, equality of opportunity and inclusion, and recognises the importance of adhering to these principles at all times All that they do reflects their approach to ensure all policies are incorporated into the day to day running of their business.
They promote dignity and respect for all, and an environment, where individual differences and the contributions of all employees are recognised and valued.
To support the future of event catering they also recently had an exciting day at Lewisham College Job Fair, where they had the opportunity to showcase the many exciting opportunities available in the world of event catering.
Their team had a fantastic time interacting with students and local residents at the college, and they were thrilled to offer cooking demonstrations from their talented Executive Chef and Head Pastry Chef. They even encouraged students to participate and try their hand at finishing canapes and pastry work!
They also had the chance to demonstrate some of their more creative trays and service styles, complete with plenty of smoke and mirrors to really showcase Bubble Foods skills.
They look forward to more opportunities to showcase their passion for event catering in the future!
